Update 04-15-25: The first public beta for iPadOS 18.5 is now available.

The second developer beta of iPadOS 18.5 is now available for registered Apple developers. This comes roughly two weeks after the first developer beta of iPadOS 18.5 was made available.

Here’s what’s new in Beta 2:

“All Mail” Category No Longer Hidden

The “All Mail” category is now visible at the end of the categories list in the Mail app. In prior releases, you had to tap on the currently selected category to see all of your messages in the list view. Now you can just scroll to the end of the list and tap the “All Mail” category.

The developer release notes don’t have much to say as far as bug fixes or new sdk features..

While iPadOS 18.5 is not expected to be a significant release, rumors are starting to heat up about iPadOS 19, which is shaping up to be a big update for iPad.
