Well, this is a little embarrassing on my part.

Here I am wondering when the redesigned Affinity app will be shipping for iPadOS, and Affinity has apparently been talking about it on their Instagram since September.

Spoiler: It’s shipping in November.

Following the launch of the unified Affinity app for desktop in late 2025, the iPad version has been long awaited by creative users on Apple’s tablet platform.

The new merges Designer, Photo, and Publisher into a single application. This means you can jump between vector illustration, raster photo editing, and page layout without ever leaving your canvas.

Like the desktop version, the new app is expected to be completely free, with optional AI integrations available for Canva Premium subscribers.
