Apple’s iWork apps (which debuted on iPad 15 years ago today!), were all updated to version 14.4 with new features, including some that take advantage of the capabilities of iPadOS 18.4 (Spoiler: it’s Apple Intelligence integration, mostly).

iWork is the collective name of Apple’s office suite of applications: Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
Pages gets a feature called Screen View, which will display your document in a continuous scrolling list, making it easier to view on your iPad (or iPhone).
Numbers gets a number of new advanced functions like LET and LAMBDA that will hopefully help it somewhat close the gap with Microsoft Excel.
If your iPad is running iPadOS 18.4 and has Apple Intelligence, each iWork app also gets these features:
- Text edits made with Writing Tools now appear in place
- Ability to export documents to other formats using the Shortcuts app
- Improved copy/paste compatibility with Freeform (which really should be an iWork app, right?)
