Apple announced a new Apple Pencil today….and it’s not the Apple Pencil 3. But its cheaper! It removes some features like pressure sensitivity…but if your use for the stylus is mostly note taking, this is a solid option. It works with all USB-C iPads, and is available in November. Rumors are going around suggesting we might see an Apple Pencil 3 unveiled tomorrow, presumably via press release. I can’t say I’ve found myself wanting much else from the 2nd generation model.
