Apple today seeded the third developer beta of iPadOS 26.3. Developer Beta 2 and Public Beta 2 were released about two weeks ago. If Apple follows pattern, a public beta update for beta 3 should be available in the next day or so.
As with previous releases, there are no developer release notes included with this beta. If this is primarily a bug-fix update, it’s difficult to know exactly what changes or fixes are included.
MacRumors reports that iPadOS 26.3 may introduce a new privacy feature that limits location sharing with carriers. This feature is expected to apply to cellular iPads and iPhones equipped with Apple-designed modems, such as the C1, C1X, or newer.
This post will be updated if any additional features or changes are discovered.
